Stretch and Relax

It is really important to take care of your body to make sure that you can carry on getting the maximum results from your workouts.

I advise doing a proper stretch session at least once a week but ideally you need to work on any tight areas each day.

Sometimes it can be hard to motivate yourself to do the stretching but it is so important and will keep you in perfect shape.  Like anything relating to fitness, you need to create a routine or habit of regular stretching so it becomes Рjust something you do Рthe rewards are very worth while.
